GENERAL CONDITIONS
This General Conditions (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) regulates the use of the www.masario.es website, property of Masariohat SL., an economic interest group whose details are listed below, pursuant to article 10 of the 34/2002 Act, of July 11th of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce:

Specific services and contents offered on our web may be subject to “Particular Conditions”, also at the disposal of the User at all times, who can complement or substitute the General Conditions with regard to the use of a concerned service. The terms of these General Conditions may be amended in the future by Masariohat sl which implies that the acceptance of the terms of the Service will mean acceptance of all updates and revisions undertaken by Masariohat sl.

Terms and conditions of Access to the Web Page
Access to the Portal shall be free of charge to Users and does not require prior registration or subscription by the user. Nevertheless, the use of some Services will require prior subscription by the User, although the access to the Portal shall be free of charge at all times.
On the basis of the foregoing, all the necessary information provided by the User for the purpose of gaining access to some Services shall have to be accurate. To these effects, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data notified through completing the forms necessary for subscribing services. Likewise, the User shall be responsible for ensuring all the information provided to Masariohat S.L is permanently updated so that it at all times reflects the true status of the User. In any case, the user will be solely responsible for any misrepresentations or false statement and the damages caused to Masariohat S.L or a third party for the information provided.
Intellectual and industrial propertyc
All the contents accesible via Masario’s website are subject to intellectual and industrial property rights of Masariohat S.L or those of third party owners. Under no circumstances is the Access to this website indicative of any type of refusal, transmission or total or partial transfer of said rights, or awards any right of use, modification, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public disclosure of these products or services without prior express authorization given specifically for such purpose by Masariohat S.L or other third-party titleholder. This shall not apply to the right to view and make back-up copies for the user’s sole personal use if such rights are complying with the principles of good faith and that in any eventual private back-up copy, the “copyright” and other identification data with regard to the rights held by Masariohat S.L or other third-party owners of such contents must remain unchanged, and is restricted to informational, non-commercial or personal use only.
Use of the content
The obtaining (reproduction, etc.), even partial, and private use or not (distribution, public communication, dissemination, transformation, etc.) of any Content of any sort accessible through the Web (e.g. all texts, images, softwares, etc.) is strictly prohibited, regardless of the channels, distribution means or procedures expressly provided or outlined in the website and without the prior express authorization or consent of the legitimate holders of such Contents and of the rights that these implies.
Use of COOKIE technology
In order to streamline the Service provided, identifying each User as quickly as possible, Masariohat S.L. will be able to use “cookies”. “Cookies” are codes that the server introduces in the hard disk of the computer to identify the User. These “cookies” are only associated with an anonymous User, without providing references that allow access to personal private information pertaining to the User and, in general, data from th User’s hard disk. If a user does not wish a “cookie” to be inserted on his/her hard disk they may configure their web browser to prevent the reception of them.
Method of payment
In order to complete the payment of the purchased goods with total security for the consumer, the following payment systems will be established:
Cash payment, the customer settles the payment of the products in cash in the moment of delivery at the customer’s address.
Advanced payments by deposit or bank transfer. It is very important that in the SENDER or TRANSFERER field the first name and surname of the client is specified and that the ordering/billing number is referenced on the “SUBJECT” field.
Prepayment by credit card. For paypents made with cards issued outside Spain, the issuing bank must accept the “Safe Electronic Commerce (SEC). Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted. Masario S.L reserves the right to reject any operation made by credit card. As an alternative, we suggest to pay by bank transfer.
Any other payment method will be negotiated by Masariohat, S.L. in the terms agreed upon when hiring the service.

In accordance with section 1 of Royal Decree 5/1997 January 14, there are available to our customers complaint forms at the registered office of the company.

At Masariohat, S.L., S.L. all the information provided by the persons concerned shall be used only for the purpose of providing the Service requested and sending advertising if the user gives his or her express consent.
